Ship your order to Esplanade Road, Century City, Cape Town, 7441, and share the tracking number and banking details for payout in a follow-up email. 4. Upon verification, we'll process your refund promptly via EFT. 'Fix-It' Claims: Got something going wrong within 6 months of your buy? Let's sort it: 1. Reach out to us at everso.southafrica@gmail.com, providing your order number and a description of your 'fix-it' claim. Please attach photos if possible. 2. Ship your item to Esplanade Road, Century City, Cape Town, 7441, and share the tracking number in a follow-up email. 3. Upon verification, we'll fix your garment, and ensure it returns home in a perfect state. Please note: Our policy doesn't cover general wear and tear or damage to garments, such as iron mishaps or staining.
